Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 11bd. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a verified payment method in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promo Terms

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

Only one account per person is allowed. Keep your password confidential and report any unauthorized account activity to us immediately.

Prohibited Activities

Fraud, bot usage, system manipulation, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure.

Right to Amend Terms

General Terms & Applicability

11bd is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms & conditions apply to every individual registered on and using the services of 11bd.

By opening an account, playing games, placing bets, or using any service on the 11bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using 11bd.

These terms may be updated at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 11bd, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • Each person may register only one account.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
  • A valid mobile number and email address are required.

If false information is provided during registration, 11bd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining balance at any time. For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a copy of your National ID or passport.

If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be immediately closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Each IP address, device, and payment method may only be associated with one account.

All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 11bd reserves the right to withhold funds — without refund — from any transaction made using a third-party account.

We may verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Additional documentation may be required for suspicious transactions. Complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies is a legal obligation for 11bd.

Tips for faster withdrawals: Complete your KYC verification in advance and use the same payment method you deposited with. This helps speed up your withdrawal.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

11bd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

  • Each account may use a bonus offer only once.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Welcome bonuses typically carry a 10x–30x wagering requirement.
  • Bets placed using a bonus generally require minimum odds of 1.50.
  • Bonus funds cannot be used directly to claim other bonuses.
  • If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

11bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In any dispute related to bonuses, 11bd's decision is final.

Betting Rules & Result Determination

Keep the following key rules in mind when betting on 11bd:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • The outcome of any event will be determined by the official result of the relevant governing body.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
  • 11bd is not liable for any bets that fail to be placed during live betting due to an internet disconnection.
  • Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

If match-fixing or pre-determination of any event's outcome is established, 11bd reserves the right to void all related bets. In matters of account suspension or bet cancellation, the decision of 11bd's adjudication team is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bd platform:

  • Fraud & Cheating: Using a false identity, providing incorrect information, or submitting fraudulent documents.
  • Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account on behalf of the same person.
  • Bots & Automation: Using any automated software for gaming or betting.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal financial transactions or money laundering.
  • System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability on the platform.
  • Harassment of others: Threatening or harassing other users or 11bd staff.

If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, your account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension & Closure

11bd may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found.
  • If information does not match during KYC verification.
  • If suspicious or unusual transaction activity is detected.
  • Upon direction from a court or law enforcement authority.
  • At your own request (voluntary account closure).

You can also request at any time, Responsible Gaming You may request a temporary or permanent account closure from the page. For voluntary closures, any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus funds will be forfeited.
